Off to Africa… a trip that was a long time coming.

After having lived and worked (commercial fisherman) in
the wilds of Alaska for over 18 year when I was younger,
much younger, I had also dreamed of the other extreme…

AFRICA.

The incredible wildlife, wild beauty and open spaces.

Well this is just a short post to say – I am headed for
Johannesburg, in South Africa and will be back
towards the end of December – expect pictures and
stories from my safari at that time.

So until then, the best of holiday seasons…
